I never really know at what point you stop counting in weeks and start counting in months. Dellin is 12 1/2 weeks but he was born on the 29th which makes him 3 months (ish).
Dellin has been an absolute DREAM baby in every way. He eats like a champ, sleeps like a champ and has the cutest smile ever. He has brought so much joy into our home.
For as much as he smiles, I rarely can get it on film but I did catch a few shots yesterday.
I love this outfit that he is wearing. It was Sterling Henry's and I am glad to see Dellin wearing it now.
Here is Sterling Henry in the same outfit at the same age. What do you think, do they still look a like?
We finally got Dellin's crib set up. We will be moving him in there this week. I sort of have mixed emotions about the whole thing. I love having two cribs in the boy's room. In 18 months this room went from being our storage room to having 2 cribs and 2 cute baby boys!
The first time Dellin laid in his crib he seemed to like it. He looks so tiny! It looks sort of empty without bumper pads but they make me nervous for some reason. Sterling Henry doesn't have them either.
Sterling took this picture last Sunday after I got done ironing the boy's shirts for church. I sort of get a kick out of dressing the boys like little men!
One of the funnest things about having Dellin has been to watch how Sterling Henry acts around him. S. H. really loves his little brother... most of the time anyway. S.H. had a cold this week so we have been wiping his nose a million times a day. The other day he went and got a klennex by himself and walked over to Dellin and wiped his mouth. Dellin had spit-up a tiny bit so Sterling Henry decided he would help.
I can tell I am going to love watching these two grow up together.

WE LOVE SPRING WALKS...
especially in our new stroller! The boys love sitting side-by-side in their new stroller. Sterling Henry has found that if he can't find his binky, he can just grab his brother's.
The weather has been absolutely beautiful.
The azaleas are blooming like crazy right outside our door.I love this time of year!

Utah part 3, Hawkins
For the second part of our trip, we stayed down at my parent's house.
My dad had not met Dellin before this trip, but they had a great time getting to know one another.
Because my parents live out on a farm, the boys always get some target shooting in while we are there. *Notice Sterling Henry's new boots. He wants to wear them every second.
We made sure we got lots of rest. Daddy and Dellin took lots of naps together.Sterling Henry puts lots of miles on this truck. He pushed it around non-stop.
Bathing babies in my mom's sink is an absolute must. This was Dellin's first bath there and he LOVED it!
We had lots of visitors while we were there. Vela loved holding little Dellin. She is going to be a great little mommy. My sister Becky is such a fabulous aunt. She could not wait to meet baby Dellin. She even picked us up at the airport at midnight and then drove us to the Fillmore's. All so that she could see the boys first thing. THANKS BECKY! You really do rock!
We went to our friend Brent's wedding while we were there. He and his wife Mary were married in the Provo Temple. It was a beautiful wedding!
And of course I got together with my friends while I was in town. I love these girls! We can sit around and talk for hours... and we do! We really missed Jen and Sarah.
All in all, the trip was perfect. There were a few people that I wasn't able to see but time was short. I love visiting Utah. We are happy to be home but miss our family and friends dearly!

Utah part 2. Fillmores
For the first half of our trip, we were with Sterling's family. Most of Sterling's siblings were in town for Easter/conference.
We celebrated Sterling's 32nd birthday at Tucannos. Sterling was a real sport when they came to sing.
We also had a dinner at home the next night. I made cupcakes.
Sterling Henry had a blast with his cousins. The kids all wore their fuzzy pajamas to combat the cold Utah weather. We had such a great time seeing family. Mom and Dad Fillmore are great hosts and really made us feel so comfortable while we were there. We loved spending time with Grandma Erickson and so many of Sterling's siblings.
Dad Fillmore is great at taking pictures. I am glad we got this one because it has most of the group in it.
We got to go to the new Draper temple while we were there. It is a beautiful temple. Thank you Andrea for watching our boys so we could go.Stay tuned for more.

Utah part 1. Dellin's Blessing
We just got back from Utah last night and we are already missing our family like crazy. We had a wonderful trip and have LOTS of pictures to show for it.
We had an Easter egg hunt the morning of Dellin's blessing up at the Fillmore's. The kids were very anxious to get started.
Sterling Henry was very excited.
Here we are after the egg hunt. Sterling Henry made a haul and was not wanting to sit for a picture. I love the outfit Dellin has on because he looks sort of like a Easter egg himself.
Here is the man of the hour. Dellin's little blessing outfit was adorable in every way. (Thanks grandma Fillmore!)
Here are all the men that stood in on the blessing. Dellin is lucky to have many great men in his life to look up too.
Grandma Hawkins and Dellin.
Great Grandma Erickson and Dellin.
Four generation picture. Dellin's name came from his Great Grandpa Dellin Erickson.
Dellin, dad, and his two grandpas.
I love this family shot.
We had the blessing down at my parent's house and had a big Easter dinner too.
Me and my boy!Stay tuned for more pictures.
