Here is our darling new rental house. We are LOVING it.
We are LOVING our our driveway and front porch. Notice the ground level here. It makes carrying groceries so easy.
Our full bath. It's small, but bright and cute.
The kitchen. This baby is twice as big as our other kitchen with oodles of cupboards. It has a disposal which we didn't have before. It also has a dishwasher although we don't really use it. We have been hand washing our dishes our whole marriage and I actually prefer it.
This darling built-in china buffet is one of the main things I fell in love with when we first saw the house.
My favorite thing in the house is the washer and dryer. I have done a load of wash everyday since we moved in and I love it.
Here is our front room. The space is awesome. We don't have couches or really any decorations so it looks a little bare.
Our screened-in porch is probably my second favorite thing about the house. The mosquitos have been crazy this year so it is nice to have a place to sit outside that is bug free. We also love to sit our here when it is raining.
This is our backyard. It is HEAVENLY. It's huge and almost completely fenced.
Sterling is loving a yard and all the work that goes with it. Here he is using our ladder. Why not right?!?
Here he is mowing our lawn for the first time. He woke up early on Saturday morning to do it. He loves working outside and I love that he loves it.
He is our basement. We have this huge room in our basement. It is currently full of boxes but it will be the playroom/guest room. Half of these boxes have been put away and we are working on the rest.
We LOVE our new place. Feel free to come and visit soon. We have lots of space now and won't make you walk up three flights of stairs.

OUR OLD PLACE
We moved! It was a super intense process that was way more painful that I had wished. We put all our boxes in the new house and then took off to Utah for 2 weeks so this post is long overdue.
We lived in our 2 bedroom apartment for 5 years. We had some good times and some bad times. Here is Gouverneur in the front room right before I turned in the keys. It looks so big with no furniture.
There are many things that we will miss about our apartment.
*Wood floors. They were old but we loved them.
*Our darling kitchen floor. I LOVED the black and white tile. I will have this floor someday in my house.
*Our maintenance staff. I know it's funny but they rocked.
*Our gas stove.
There are lots of other things too but I will skip to the three main memories we will miss the most.
1.
2.
3.
We brought home our three sweet baby boys to that apartment. It will always hold a special place in our hearts.

3 Months.
Gouverneur is officially three months old. He is growing up way too fast if you ask me.
He is a dream baby.
He is my best nurser.
He is a sleeping champ. The boy has been going 10-11 hours at night.
He smiles every chance he gets.
He is loved my two darling older brothers.
He isn't really into his binky which is actually ok.
He still has most of his hair he was born with.
He is a blessing from heaven.
I knew it would be cool at nights in McCall so I looked through our warm pajamas and found these. Sterling Henry wore these for his first Christmas. Can you tell who is who?
Ok I'll tell you. The top is Gouverneur and the bottom is Sterling Henry. I love this picture with Grandma Erickson. People tell us all the time that our babies look so much alike. I can't ever see it unless I look at pictures of them at the same age.
We are loving Gouverneur in case you can't tell and wish he wouldn't grow up so fast.

McCall 2011 Part 2
We spent lots of time in the lake and on the beach. The rest of the time is spent in the pool. This was our first time in a pool this summer so Little Man was a bit timid at first. Within 24 hours, he was swimming all by himself in his life jacket. He loved to say, "I am swimming."
Dellin loved the water too but didn't want to be left alone. We don't mind holding him so it worked out well. My handsome boys.
Dellin needed some breaks to warm up.
Gouverneur all decked out. The only water he enjoyed was bath water. Next year he'll be swimming with the big boys I'm sure.
We always rent Jet skis for a couple of days. Sterling and his brothers get real intense about a schedule. I give them a hard time about it but deep down, I love it. The boys loved riding around with dad. Here they are ready to go.
Dellin got to drive this year.
Nothing wears you out like a day in the sun. A week in the sun really wears you out. Little Man fell asleep in the boat with his life jacket on.
Gouverneur slept like a champ all week.
They even passed out on the airplane.
We had the most amazing two weeks of vacation. It was packed full of family, food, and fun. We look forward to this trip every year and plan to make it every year. Mom Fillmore wasn't there this year and we REALLY missed her.
We are missing our family like crazy. We are counting down the days till Christmas vacation. In the meantime we are loving our new house. We are renting and in heaven. I will post pictures of the new place soon.

McCall 2011 Part 1
After the Hawkins Family reunion and some time at the farm, we headed up to McCall Idaho to spend the week with the Fillmores. On the way up we met up with Dave and Melanie. They were on their way home from McCall so we met up at the Malad Gorge.
McCall was super action packed this year. Here is just some of the events from the week.
We always go canoeing up the river. This year was a bit crazy with the three little boys. We turned around after about 2 minutes and me and Gouverneur got out. The two older boys paddled around with dad.
We went to a boat show. It was pretty swanky. Everyone was dressed all nice, walking around drinking wine. Our boys ran wild while we sipped some Mt. Dew from a plastic bottle. Classy.
We went to church.
Sterling took Little Man to a rodeo. It was small time but Little Man loved it.
The boys spent lots of time with cousins. We stayed next to Rachel and the girls so cousin Lydia was over a lot and we loved it.
We took a nice evening boat ride around the lake. This is probably one of my favorite McCall traditions.
We went parasailing. Ok when I say we, I mean some of the family went. I would never in ten million year dare to do anything this exciting. It was fun to watch everyone else. Here is Eric.
We spent lots of time on the beach. The water was perfect temperature this year.
This shot of the babies is classic. Here we have Zack, Gouverneur, and Norah. This same shot could have been taken at the pool on most days.
We ate lots of yummy food.
We went to the gardens. We go to this private garden every year on Sunday. It is the perfect Sunday activity. Little Man sort of looks like a hippy in this picture. He discovered silly bands on the trip and wore them non-stop.
Dellin has more darling expressions that we will ever be able to document but we are sure trying. Love this boy!
All the cousins minus one. It's easy to see why my boys were in heaven all week.
I love this picture of Sterling's brothers and his dad.
Me with my boys.
More pictures to come.

Farm and Mountains
After the reunion we drove up to Guardmans pass. The view was amazing.
I LOVE the mountains.
We spent a little time at the farm. I wish we could have been there for longer. So does Gouverneur. He cried when we had to leave.
Grandpa's rocking horse is always a hit. Sterling Henry and Abe had fun riding on it.
Grandpa's horses are always a favorite. They are so nice and the kids love to feed them. This is probably my favorite picture from the whole trip.
We miss the mountains and we are really missing grandpa's farm!
