Gouveneur is 4 months old.

I seriously can't believe it has been 4 months since this darling little guy came into the world. I mean look at him. Isn't he absolutely precious???

4 Month Stats
Weight: 15 lbs. 5 oz. (60%)
Height: 27 1/4 inches (95%)
Head: 17 1/2 (75%)

I get a kick out of the boys all wearing footed pj's (also known as bags.) Gouverneur is wearing Dellin's from last year and Dellin is wearing Sterling Henry's from 2 years ago. Sterling is wearing his from last year since we got them ultra big.
The big boys love little Gouverneur. These two pictures make me smile.
We ordered couches like 3 weeks ago but they still haven't arrived. It makes getting a picture of the b0ys a bit tricky. So either they have to be laying on the ground or sitting on the train box. Luckily Little Man can now hold Gouverneur pretty well.

Gouverneur is rolling. I've tried to get in on film numerous times. I like this one the best because it shows how much "help" he gets all day long.

I never could have imagined having three darling boys, but I really love it. They make me smile all day long and really wear me out. I love my life!

Halloween Decor

Cool weather has arrived and I couldn't be happier. I love the fall and seem to look forward to it most of the year. I love the weather, the decor, and all the holidays that it brings with it. Halloween is just over a month away and we are getting ready around here.

Can I just tell you how much I love having a mantle? I LOVE it! Finally my decorations can go on a mantle where they belong.

My sister Jen has a great tradition of framing a picture of her kids in their costumes each year. She does professional shots and they look awesome. I have some snapshots from the last three years so I decided to start my own version of her tradition.

I think they turned out pretty cute! I will keep this up because it is fun to see how much they change.

I made this wreath for my front door. I have been looking everywhere for a cute wreath and found this tutorial here. I will most likely be making this wreath as well in a winter version. (Thanks Britt!)

This darling pumpkin is hanging below my hutch. Hard to get a good picture with the table in the way.
I have a few more things waiting to go up this weekend. Hope your enjoying your holiday decorating as much as we are!

Somedays...

Are just two binky days.
With all this rain, today is definitely one of them!

Ward Campout 2011

We had our ward campout on Friday night and we had a great time. We love camping but haven't been since our England trip.

We got this tent as a wedding gift and we are finally starting to fill it up. That is Sugarloaf mountain behind us. Beautiful!

The boys loved everything about camping. They had as much fun in the tent as they did outside.

We kept Gouverneur bundled up.

We all slept like babies.
Even the baby!

One of the best purchases of our marriage has been the Nebo. This sleeping baby is bigger than a king size bed and just as cozy. We stayed nice and toasty at the campout and all ended up in/on it by morning with room to spare.
We had such a great time, we are hoping to go a few more times this fall.

THANK YOU FOR VISITING US!

Yesterday I made two different trips to the airport to drop off visitors. We LOVE when people come to visit but are always sad when they leave us.

Our good friend Penny was here for 5 days and we had a great time. We didn't do much but sometimes those are the best visits. My boys adore Penny. She gets credit for Sterling and I getting together. We LOVE her!

We didn't take any pictures for some reason but here we are on our wedding day. Thanks for coming Penny. We love you and miss you.
My baby brother Joe was here on business. We went to dinner with him and checked out the sights.

It was a great excuse to go down to the new MLK memorial. It just opened and is amazing.
Dellin sat in the stroller all night and was just darling. I had to include this photo.
The moral of this story is that we love visitors. So come and see us! We even have a real room for you to stay in now and a nice cozy bed!

Joy School

Sterling Henry had his first day of Joy School yesterday and he loved it! Since he has a October birthday I didn't want to do preschool this year so Joy School is the perfect fit. It's going to be a good year.

All good days have to start out with a special breakfast. I got this darling goldfish bread at Costco the other day. It makes for really cute french toast.
Sterling Henry was really this excited all morning.

He is growing up way too fast but we love to watch how cute he is and all the fun things he learns each day.
I dropped him off and then bawled my eyes out!

HANGING WITH THE BOYS!

I love hanging with my boys all day. We have all been helping Gouverneur with tummy time. He seems to love all the attention.

Things can go from sweet to dangerous real fast around here.

Gouverneur is a real trooper. His brothers give him lots of hugs and kisses. He is such a happy little guy.

I still can't decide who he looks more like. What do you think?
We are also quite silly around here too. Case in point.
The reality is, I am more happy than I ever knew I could be. I love my job!

WHILE THE DAD IS AWAY...

We play!

Dad went to the BYU vs. Ole Miss game last weekend. I stayed home with the boys and partied all weekend. We made LOTS of train tracks and learned that adding dinos to the track makes it a lot of fun. I must admit that I have mad track building skills.

Here's Sterling with the boys. Taylor, Matt, Chris, Dan and Sterling all went to the game and had a great time. Good thing those Cougs pulled it off in the 4th quarter.
Here are the boys at "The Grove." I think the Ole Miss traditions seem pretty fun: huge tailgating, tons of hospitality, and all the girls all dolled up. This was one game that I would have really enjoyed.
The boys were VERY excited to see dad when he got home. They each got their own Old Miss football and they love them.

This picture of Gouverneur is almost too much. He is such a little darling. I can't get enough of him.
We all missed having dad around but love it when he comes back. We especially love it when the Cougars win and we get prizes. GO COUGS!

RISE AND SHOUT.

My cougars are out.

Totally tough game day faces.

Little Man is growing up way too fast.

I love these boys!
