3 WEEKS OLD!!!

I can't believe our little man is already three weeks old. He had a doctor's apt. this week and here are his stats. He is perfectly healthy. He is in the 95% for height, 75% for weight, and 50% for head size.

Length: 22.75 inches

Weight: 9lbs. 11oz

Little Sterling is such a sweet baby! He is starting to be awake a lot more during the day and we are having so much fun with him!

I am feeling pretty good too! I try to get out of the house and run an errand at least once everyday!

We are still having the best time with our little man! He is such an angel in every way. Did I mention that he sleeps from 12:30 to 6:30am???

2 WEEKS ALREADY?!?!?

I cannot believe how fast the time flies when you have a cute little baby in the house! Baby Sterling is two weeks old today and I can hardly believe it!

Seriously...such an angel!!
This kid cannot get enough of his dad! Sure he is all about me when he is hungry, but then he wants his dad!

My mom left on Monday and we are so sad! She was here for 2 and a half weeks and we had such a great time! We miss you mom!

So far, the best two weeks of my life. Every time I look at little Sterling, I feel so grateful for him! He has been such a blessing in our lives! We love him so much!

We went to sacrament meeting on Sunday...little Sterling didn't even make a peep!

On Saturday, we went out shopping. I was a little nervous that Sterling was going to be cold. Do you think I bundled him enough???

I highly recommend these Pee-pee Tee-pees to anyone who has a boy! They have saved me so many times when changing our little guy!!!

WAY TOO FAST!!!

This first week has just gone by way too fast!!!

Our first time out of the house. We went to his five day checkup. His pediatrician said he looks great and was the easiest appointment all day!!!
Sterling is having so much fun with his little boy. The second he gets home from work or school, he is all about his little man!!!

On Tuesday, he wore this onesie and he really lived up to it! He peed on everything he could! We spent the whole day laughing and cleaning up after him.

I could sit and hold him all day long!

He does this cute little move with his hands when he gets super hungry! So dang cute!!!
This first week has been a dream come true! Every time I look at baby Sterling, I just can't believe that he is ours!!!

This is his first bath! He really seemed to like the whole experience. My mom always bathed us in the sink. I am going to carry on that tradition!

OUR LITTLE MAN!

We brought baby Sterling home yesterday. Having a baby in the house is about the best thing ever!

OVERDUE!!!

This is me on my due date...yesterday!!! Since my mom got here, we have been doing nothing but walking. I have had a lot of contractions but obviously he is not ready yet!


In the meantime, I am having a BLAST with my mom! We went to Mount Vernon on Friday.

Last night we did a monument walk, they are so beautiful in the evenings. The Lincoln memorial is my favorite!!

Our family tradition on the morning of Sunday conference is to eat my mom's yummy griddle cakes. This is probably the first year that my family didn't have them...but we did. They were delicious!!!

In between conference sessions we went and walked around Arlington cemetery. The weather was beautiful today!!!

We are having so much fun! I will keep you all posted if anything changes at all!!!
